Company to report a plethora of various slices of data and tie them into a few clear reports. ESW suggested Microsoft Power BI as the platform since they requested it be embedded within their SharePoint environment.
What We Did: Power BI in SharePoint
SharePoint allows Microsoft Power BI to be embedded with API tokens so properly permissioned users may access reports as needed and interact with them. Microsoft’s platform for this level of functionality has improved greatly over the past 18 months.
